Can Wise IT deliver a project without becoming our managed provider?
Yes. A project can stand alone. The scope names the implementation result, acceptance checks, documentation and the person or provider who will own the system after handoff.
What needs to be known before a project is priced?
Wise IT needs the desired result, systems and locations involved, important dependencies, access, timing, business constraints and available current-state evidence. Discovery or an assessment may be the first paid phase when those facts are incomplete.
How are changes and unexpected conditions handled?
The project records assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria. If discovery reveals work outside that basis, Wise IT explains the effect on scope, risk, timing and cost before proceeding with the changed work.
What should we expect at handoff?
Handoff is set by the project scope and can include diagrams, configuration records, test results, administrative ownership, operating procedures, known limitations and a walk-through with the responsible team.
