Can we hire Wise IT for an independent recommendation only?
Yes. A consulting engagement can end with an assessment, decision brief, architecture, roadmap or project requirements. Your team, Wise IT or another provider can carry out the recommendation.
How is co-managed consulting different from managed IT?
Co-managed consulting gives an internal team senior depth for a defined decision, platform, project or escalation. Managed IT assigns recurring operational responsibility for the users and systems named in an agreement.
How are consulting scope and price established?
The initial discussion identifies the question, participants, systems, evidence, deliverables and constraints. Wise IT then proposes the fee, schedule, assumptions and exclusions before paid work begins.
Can Wise IT stay for implementation?
Yes, when the approved work matches Wise IT’s capabilities and availability. The implementation receives its own outcome, acceptance checks, responsibilities and handoff, even when it follows directly from the consulting engagement.
