A founder-led IT firm

You should know who’s responsible for your technology.

Wise IT helps businesses make better technology decisions, complete difficult projects and look after the systems they use every day. The work stays close to the engineer responsible for it.

Why Wise IT exists

Most IT problems don’t stay in one box.

A recurring outage might involve the network, an application, a carrier and a dependency nobody documented. A security concern can reach across accounts, devices, backups and building access.

Wise IT was created to follow those connections from the first assessment through the recommendation, project work and ongoing support. The goal is a setup your business can rely on and your team can understand.

How we’re set up

Senior attention, broad technical range and someone responsible for the result.

PJ

EL

CB

Range across connected systems

We can bring IT, networks, voice, cloud, security and physical systems into one plan, then involve a specialist when the work calls for one.

DO

Clear responsibility

You get useful documentation, the reasons behind important decisions and a clear understanding of who looks after what.

João Pedro Albernaz

João founded Wise IT in 2018. He has more than a decade of experience in managed services, enterprise technical support, voice security, carrier networking, cloud, infrastructure, high-availability operations and technical leadership.

What guides the work

Technology should hold up in day-to-day use.

Start with the business need

A product only makes sense when it fits the people, commitments and daily work around it.

Plan security and recovery early

Both are easier to manage when they are part of the design from the beginning.

Find the facts before assigning blame

When something fails, restore the service, learn what happened and make the next response better.

Give advice people can act on

A useful recommendation explains what to do first, who owns it, how to check the result and what decision comes next.

Start with what’s happening

Tell us what’s getting in the way.

Start with a plain description of what’s happening, what it’s affecting and what needs to be better.
